One Signage Partner for the Whole Project
A signage solution is more than a list of products. It connects brand standards, site conditions, sign types, engineering files, approvals, production, quality checks, packaging and delivery. Azovo supports projects from one custom sign to coordinated programs, with the most value when several products, locations, revisions or shipments must stay under control.
Multiple Sign Types
Useful when one project needs exterior identity, interior branding, wayfinding, room signs or other products under one coordinated scope.
Repeat Locations
Useful for chains, franchise groups and property programs that need a stable brand standard with controlled site-by-site adjustments.
Engineering Review
Useful when drawings, materials, structure, lighting, electrical details or mounting interfaces need to be clarified before production release.
Controlled Delivery

Bring the brand into interior spaces through dimensional logos, acrylic or metal signs, illuminated features and coordinated wall-mounting details.
Room & Facility Identification
Manage room numbers, names, functions and project-specific accessibility details through room schedules, location codes and approved artwork.
Service & Operational Areas
Add loading, staff, back-of-house and operating signs without mixing service information with the public-facing brand and wayfinding system.
Sign Types That Build the Solution
The right sign type depends on viewing distance, lighting, materials, mounting, environment and the role each sign plays in the project.
Channel Letters
Choose front-lit, halo-lit or other approved constructions when strong building or storefront identity is needed.
LED Neon Signs
Use flexible illuminated lines for logos, decorative brand features and selected event or interior applications.
Light Boxes
Use for illuminated graphics, logos, directories or menu-style information where a bright, serviceable sign face is useful.
Metal Letters
Use stainless steel, aluminum or other approved metal constructions for clean dimensional branding and durable architectural finishes.
Blade Signs
Support perpendicular viewing along walkways, corridors or streets when front-facing wall signs are harder to see.
Acrylic Signs
Create layered logos, letters and interior identification with controlled thickness, finish, spacing and mounting details.
Wayfinding Signs
Combine directional messages, arrows, zones and locations into a controlled system for movement through the site.
ADA-Signs
Produce room and facility identification to approved project requirements, including tactile or Braille details where applicable.

Define the Details Before They Become Production Problems
Custom signage is not just a logo change. The build must fit the product, wall, environment, electrical condition and installation method before production starts.
Dimensions & Proportion
Confirm overall width, height, depth, letter height, stroke width and clearances from the approved drawing rather than relying on visual scale alone.
Structure & Mounting
Review weight, backers, brackets, hole locations, standoffs, segmentation and wall interfaces so the product can be installed as planned.
Environment & Service
Review indoor or outdoor exposure, water management, heat, corrosion, cleaning, access and maintenance needs before locking the product construction.
Electrical Interface
Confirm input conditions, power supplies, controllers, wiring routes, cable exits and connection responsibilities for the target market and local installation.
Materials & Finish
Define material type, grade where required, thickness, color reference, gloss, texture and indoor or outdoor use before purchasing and fabrication.
Illumination
Coordinate face material, return depth, LED layout, diffusion, halo distance and light color to reduce visible dots, dark areas or uneven output.
Manufacturing, Quality and Delivery You Can Check
Large project teams need evidence, not general claims. Azovo connects manufacturing scale with controlled drawings, inspection records, product identity and shipment information.
Scalable Manufacturing

Packaging & Global Delivery
Use product and package identification, protective packing, accessory control and shipment planning for single destinations, phased deliveries or multi-address programs.
What a Complete Project Scope Can Include
The final scope changes by site and brand. These examples show how different sign types can be organized into one manufacturing and delivery program.
U.S. Multi-Location Retail Rollout
A retail brand needed new exterior and interior signage for 28 locations opening in several states. The main challenge was keeping the logo proportions, red finish and 4000K illumination consistent while storefront widths, wall conditions and cable exits varied by location.
Azovo first established one approved master standard, then prepared store-specific drawings using individual Store Codes. The package included channel letters, blade signs, interior dimensional logos and selected wayfinding signs. A first article was approved before batch production, and each product was linked to its drawing revision, store number and package ID.
Production was released in four shipment waves. The final program covered 186 sign sets across 28 stores, with location-specific mounting kits packed with each store package. The rollout structure also allowed replacement items to be traced back to the original drawing and product ID without reopening the entire project.
Middle East Hotel Sign Package
A new business hotel required one coordinated signage package covering the exterior entrance, lobby, guest floors and back-of-house areas. The project included illuminated building identity, reception branding, floor directories, room-number signs, amenity identification and directional signage.
The challenge was managing many different messages and sign sizes while keeping materials and finishes visually consistent. Azovo organized the project through floor schedules, sign-type codes and controlled artwork revisions. Brushed metal, acrylic and selected illuminated products were matched to the approved interior design direction, while room and directional signs were checked against the latest message schedule before production.
The project included 342 finished signs across 11 sign types. Production was divided into guest-room, public-area and exterior packages so the client could receive products in line with the installation sequence. Products, mounting hardware and accessories were packed by floor and installation zone, reducing sorting work after delivery.
Australian Commercial Building Sign System
A multi-tenant commercial building required exterior identification, lobby branding, tenant directories, floor signs, room identification, parking guidance and service-area signage under one coordinated project.
The main risk was not manufacturing one difficult sign, but controlling more than 200 products with different messages, locations and mounting conditions. Azovo converted the approved sign schedule into product IDs and drawing revisions, then separated fixed brand elements from location-specific information. Mounting details were reviewed for wall-mounted, standoff and freestanding products before production release.
A first-article review was used for the main architectural finish and directory construction. The final scope included 214 signs in 9 product groups, packed into 17 installation-zone packages. Each package included the related products and applicable mounting accessories, helping the local project team identify what belonged to each floor and area without opening unrelated cartons.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can Azovo handle both one sign and a complete signage system?
Yes. Azovo can support MOQ 1 for suitable custom orders, while larger programs can combine multiple sign types, locations, revisions and shipment waves under one controlled project structure.
Do we need finished production drawings before contacting Azovo?
No. You can start with brand files, concept drawings, a sign schedule, photos or available site information. Azovo can identify missing technical inputs before the project is released for production.
Can you keep signage consistent across many locations?
Yes, when the project uses approved brand standards, drawings, samples or first articles, revision control and clear location and product identification. Site-specific details are still reviewed separately.
Do you provide samples before production?
Material samples, finish samples, lighting samples, mock-ups and first articles can be used where they help reduce risk. The right sample type, cost and timing are confirmed for the project.
Are all Azovo signs covered by the same certifications?
No blanket certification claim is used. Certification and compliance are checked by legal entity, production location, product model, components, destination market and project requirements.
Does Azovo provide installation worldwide?
Azovo provides installation drawings, templates, accessory information and remote support where applicable. Local permits, final anchoring, hardwiring and statutory approval normally remain with qualified local teams unless the contract states otherwise.
How is project lead time confirmed?
Lead time is reviewed after product mix, quantity, engineering status, materials, sample or first-article needs, testing, packaging and shipping sequence are understood. Complex projects should not use one fixed lead-time promise.
What should we send for a useful quotation?
Start with the logo or sign list, approximate sizes, quantities, indoor or outdoor use, destination and required date. Site photos, wall details, materials, electrical information and a sign schedule improve accuracy when available.
Start With the Project Information You Already Have
You do not need every detail finalized before contacting Azovo. Send the information you already have, and the team can first check project fit, manufacturability, missing inputs and the right approval path before production planning begins.
