Stainless Steel

Can I order only one custom sign?
Yes. MOQ starts from one piece, so a single logo sign, business sign or one-off project can be reviewed without a bulk-order requirement. The price of one piece can differ from larger quantities because materials, setup, packaging and freight are confirmed for the actual order.
Can I start without a finished design?
Yes. A logo, sketch, photo, reference image or basic idea is enough to start a discussion. For an accurate quotation and production plan, Azovo will still need key details such as size, quantity, use environment, destination and any important material, lighting or mounting preferences.
What materials can I choose from?
Azovo works with stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper, galvanized steel, acrylic and other project-specific sign materials. Material grade, thickness, color, finish and suitability are confirmed against the product structure, indoor or outdoor use, environmental conditions and the visual result you want.
How long will my sign take to make?
Standard samples are generally 5-7 days, complex samples 7-10 days, and standard bulk production about 7-10 days after the applicable release conditions are complete. Shipping is separate. Complex structures, special finishes, large quantities and approval changes can require additional time.
Will my sign come with an installation template?
Applicable products can be packed with a full-size 1:1 installation template, together with product-level mounting information and agreed accessories. Depending on the sign, Azovo can also provide layout drawings, wiring information, manuals or installation videos to make local installation easier to prepare.
Can Azovo install the sign at my location?
Azovo mainly controls manufacturing and product-level installation support. Local site measurement, final anchors, foundations, lifting, hardwiring, permits and construction safety normally stay with the client and qualified local teams. Drawings, templates, hardware information and remote technical guidance can be provided where applicable.
How are illuminated signs checked before shipping?
Illuminated products receive 100% lighting checks. Depending on the product and project, Azovo also supports 72-hour aging, electrical, grounding, power, brightness, color-temperature, water-resistance, salt-spray, adhesion and temperature testing. Not every test is required for every sign or environment.
Can I reorder the same sign later?
Yes. Repeat and small-batch reorders are supported. For a reliable match, the original product ID, drawing revision, material, finish, lighting configuration, site conditions and current brand standard should be checked. Older materials, components and prices may change and are reviewed before a repeat order.
