Face Processing
Acrylic, printed, flexible, diffuser, or other approved face materials are cut, formed, printed, finished, and protected according to the design. The team checks dimensions, graphic direction, edge condition, surface damage, fit, and any risks created by forming or large panel size.
Frame Fabrication
Metal or mixed-material frames are cut, bent, welded, machined, or assembled to the approved dimensions. Corners, openings, support members, face-retention details, bracket interfaces, service areas, and visible finishes are checked before final assembly hides the structure.
Surface Finishing

Mechanical Assembly

100% Lighting Check

Aging and Applicable Tests
Azovo supports 72-hour aging and, where applicable, water-resistance, electrical safety, grounding, power, brightness, color-temperature, salt-spray, adhesion, and temperature testing. The exact test plan, method, sample quantity, acceptance criteria, and report depend on the product and project.
Final and Packaging Release
Final inspection verifies the released product before packing, while packaging inspection checks protection, quantity, labels, accessories, package IDs, and shipping information. Products with unresolved nonconformities should be isolated, corrected, rechecked, and released only after the required closure steps.
