Where Our Story Began
Azovo was established in Shenzhen, China, in 2005. One thing has remained important throughout our development: a custom sign should work as well in production and on site as it does in a design file.
A logo alone cannot answer every manufacturing question. Materials, letter depth, lighting, wall conditions, and mounting details all affect the finished sign. Learning to manage these details has shaped how we work with project teams today.
Our business has developed beyond making individual signs. We now support customers who need drawings, samples, coordinated manufacturing, quality checks, and delivery information alongside the products themselves.
How Our Capabilities Have Developed
Over time, our work has expanded from individual custom signs to broader manufacturing and project support. These stages show how our capabilities fit together today.
2005 — Established in Shenzhen
Azovo began operating as a commercial signage manufacturer in China. Custom dimensions, materials, and product requirements became part of the work that shaped our business.
A Wider Range of Custom Signs
Our manufacturing scope developed to cover illuminated signs, dimensional letters, light boxes, architectural signs, and other products needed across commercial spaces.
More Engineering and Production Coordination
As projects grew more varied, drawings, sample reviews, production planning, inspection, and communication between teams became increasingly important to reliable execution.
Today — Support for Complete Sign Systems
We can work with sign schedules, multiple sign types, approved standards, project-coded packaging, and staged deliveries for larger commercial and multi-location projects.
From Single Signs to Coordinated Sign Projects
Different projects call for different levels of planning. Our manufacturing work now covers individual products as well as packages where many signs must follow the same approved requirements.
Individual Custom Signs
A single storefront sign or reception logo still needs careful choices about size, material, finish, lighting, and mounting. We help turn the design into a buildable specification before production.
Sign Packages
A store or building may need several sign types with matching colors, materials, and brand details. Coordinating these products reduces inconsistent finishes and missing information between orders.
Complete Sign Systems
Larger projects may connect locations, sign schedules, product IDs, drawing revisions, and package labels. Clear records help the right sign and accessories reach the right site.
The People Behind Every Project
A reliable sign order takes more than one skilled person. Designers, engineers, production teams, and quality staff each handle different details, so a project does not depend on a single conversation.
Design Team — 20+ Designers
The team prepares artwork, visual options, color references, and layout details to help customers review what their signs should look like before technical approval.
Engineering Team — 30+ Engineers
Engineers review materials, construction, lighting, wiring routes, mounting interfaces, and drawings, helping identify practical questions before production begins.
Production Team — 500+ Personnel
Manufacturing teams carry out the approved work across materials, fabrication, finishing, assembly, and packaging, with production planning aligned to each project’s requirements.
Quality Team — 40+ Personnel
Quality staff support incoming checks, in-process inspection, finished-product reviews, appropriate testing, and documentation of issues that require correction.
Four Principles That Guide Our Work
Our approach is built around four practical priorities. Each one addresses a question that matters when a customer is trusting a manufacturer with a brand or building project.
Engineering
We look beyond the artwork to the materials, construction, lighting, and mounting details needed to turn a design into a workable sign.
Control
Approved drawings, samples, revisions, production records, and checks help teams work from the same requirements instead of relying on assumptions.
Consistency
Color references, approved samples, component details, and inspection records help control differences between signs, batches, and future orders.
Delivery
Packaging, product identification, shipping coordination, and installation information matter because manufacturing is only one part of getting signs to the right place.

Experience That Shows Up in the Details
Years in manufacturing matter when they help prevent avoidable mistakes. We focus on points where unclear information can become an expensive issue later.
Review the Drawings
We check the design against dimensions, materials, electrical needs, and mounting conditions. Missing information can be raised before drawings are approved for production.
Check Samples When Needed
Material samples, mock-ups, or first articles can help confirm finishes, lighting, construction, and other details before they become the standard for a larger order.
Inspect at Relevant Stages
Material, process, final-product, and packaging checks are selected to suit the job. Results and corrections should be tied to the approved requirements.
Prepare for the Destination
Protective packaging, product identification, accessories, and installation documents are planned around the shipment and site needs, including multi-location deliveries where applicable.
Who We Have Grown to Support
Customers come to Azovo with different responsibilities. We adapt the manufacturing discussion to the work their teams need to complete.
Sign Companies and Distributors
You may need a manufacturing partner for products outside your workshop’s capacity or for extra production volume. We can discuss custom fabrication, drawings, packaging preferences, and appropriate channel arrangements.
Brands with Multiple Locations
You may need matching signs for stores with different walls, dimensions, and delivery dates. We can help coordinate approved brand details, site-specific requirements, product codes, and delivery batches.
Architects, Designers, and Contractors
You may have a concept, drawings, or sign schedule but need manufacturing input. We help review materials, construction, samples, and installation interfaces while local professionals retain their required approvals.
See the Work Behind Our Story
Before adding a manufacturer to your supplier list, you need to understand its real operations. We support on-site and video factory reviews to help your team assess the facilities and processes relevant to your project.
Visit the Factory
On-site factory visits can be arranged to review appropriate production areas, equipment, and working practices, subject to scheduling and confidentiality requirements.
Request a Video Review
For teams working across time zones, video factory audits offer another way to discuss facilities, production activities, quality processes, and project needs.
Review Relevant Records
Depending on the project and permissions, approved drawings, inspection documents, sample records, and packaging information can help you assess the work behind a quotation or order.
Certifications, Standards & Compliance Support
Documentation and Compliance Support for International Sign Projects
Azovo reviews each sign project according to its destination market, product configuration, electrical components, materials, and installation requirements. Our team supports the evaluation of applicable standards, component documentation, and project-specific testing requirements. Available certificates, declarations, and test reports are verified against their issuing bodies, validity periods, manufacturing facilities, and product scopes. From engineering approval to production and delivery, Azovo helps commercial brands, sign companies, and contractors obtain relevant documentation while keeping product certification and local installation responsibilities clearly defined.

Be Part of Our Next Chapter
Our story continues with the projects customers bring to us. Whether you need a single custom logo or a coordinated sign package, send what you have. We can review the manufacturing requirements, identify missing details, and discuss a practical next step. Product specifications, certification needs, lead times, and warranty terms are confirmed for each project.
To begin the discussion, share:
- Your logo, artwork, drawings, or sign schedule
- Approximate dimensions, quantities, and preferred materials
- Where the signs will be used and how they may be installed
- Destination country and required project date
