From Building Files to Production Release

1. RFQ Review
Send the logo or artwork, approximate size, quantity, material or visual intent, indoor/outdoor use, site photos or drawings, destination and required date. Missing items are identified before a formal quotation is finalized.
2. Site Information
Facade elevation, sign zone, available width and height, wall type, mounting height, viewing distance, power, cable exit and access provide the basis for engineering. Site dimensions remain the responsibility of the party performing the survey.
3. Engineering Review
The team reviews dimensions, materials, structure, illumination, electrical work, mounting interface, manufacturability, testing and packaging. Technical RFIs are raised where the input is incomplete or conflicting.
4. Shop Drawings
Shop drawings can show overall dimensions, materials, structure, electrical layout, mounting interface, hole pattern, wire exit, segmentation and other approved details. Drawing revision and approval status are controlled before release.
5. Sample Approval
Material, color, finish, lighting, partial structure, mock-up or first-article samples can be used where needed. Standard sample manufacturing is generally 5-7 days; complex samples are generally 7-10 days after release conditions are complete.
6. Production Release
Mass production starts from the approved drawing, approved sample or first article where required, final quantity, materials, payment, production plan, quality plan and packaging/shipping data.
7. Production & Inspection
Standard bulk production is generally recorded at about 7-10 days after drawing, material, sample where required, payment and production-release conditions are complete. Complex building projects are scheduled separately.
8. Packing & Delivery
Product IDs, package IDs, accessories, labels and delivery waves connect finished signs with the correct site. Shipping, customs and local delivery are planned separately from factory production time.

Azovo does not treat overseas field installation as the default manufacturing scope. The factory can provide installation drawings, templates, hardware, instructions, videos and remote support.
