Stainless Steel Letters

Aluminum Letters
Lower weight can help with fabrication, shipping and installation. Aluminum is well suited to painted and powder-coated finishes, but alloy, temper, thickness, welding and mounting still need project confirmation.

First Article Review
A First Article checks whether the factory can reproduce the approved drawing, material, finish and process before a higher-risk batch is repeated. Major changes in material, finish, depth, mounting, supplier or factory may require reassessment.
Bulk Production Release
Standard bulk production is generally recorded at approximately 7-10 days after drawing, material, sample where required, payment and production-release conditions are complete. Complex projects are assessed separately, and shipping time is additional.
Inspection and Shipment Release
Finished products are checked against the applicable drawing and project criteria before packaging release. Packaging, product identity, quantities, accessories and shipment records should remain linked to the correct project and revision.
